Butt-hurt Labour official tells defecting Nottingham councillors to “f*ck off”

As Skwawkbox covered yesterday, six Nottingham City councillors have quit the Labour Party over the Starmer regime’s war on the British people and collaboration in Israel’s genocide in Gaza – and its desperate control-freakery – to form the Nottingham People’s Alliance (NPA) independent group big enough to become the official opposition on the city’s council.

Labour tried to affect an unconcerned dismissal of the resignations with the typical ‘we are the grown-ups in the room’-style rhetoric so loved by red Tories imposing cuts and mongering war, saying:

Labour is no longer a party of protest; it is serious, a party determined to deliver for the working people of this city.

Right.

But it seems that the veneer of am-I-bovveredness is micron-thin, because behind the scenes a clearly butt-hurt senior Labour official was spraying vitriol at those who resigned and those who support them, accusing them of treachery – and telling them to, well, go forth and procreate:

Nottingham

The grown-up-ness is just pouring out.

In a post on X, NPA said:

If anyone is in any doubt how the Labour Party treats its Cllrs the take a look at this This is the Labour official who has been watching over our every move and controlling the Labour Group We walked away from this – they cannot control us anymore.

The Starmeroid apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. Keir Starmer, as wooden in public as six planks nailed together, is said to be prone to similar hissy fits when things don’t go his way:

Exclusive; ‘tantrums’ as Starmer facing ‘revolt from all sides’ over Gaza and ‘leadership’

If he was like that because of a little dissent among his cronies, it’s fun to imagine what his office is like now that he’s the least popular prime minister in history.

It sounds like it is Starmer and his goons who need to go and discover sex and travel.
    All the sweeter !!
