This article was updated at 9pm on Thursday 15 January to reflect an error. The Jewish News originally made an error in a report which combined two different incidents, something the Canary also reported. We have been informed that Steve Reed did not call the police regarding the incident with the school childrens’ biscuits. He, in fact, called the police over people demonstrating outside his home. We apologise for the Jewish News’s inaccuracy and our repeating of it.
Unhinged Starmeroid communities secretary and grovelling Zionist Steve Reed has told fellow Israel fanatics of his concerns over antisemitism in a school, because children were icing biscuits with a Palestine flag.
Steve Reed: bIsCuItS aRe AnTiSeMiTiC
Steve Reed told a reporter for the (unregulated) Jewish News that:
Two Jewish mums came to see me at my advice surgery, to tell me that there had been a cultural day at their children’s school where they were given biscuits in the shape of Israel and then iced them with the flag of Palestine.
Oh, the horror. The agony, that the flag of Palestine’s indigenous people should decorate a biscuit in the shape of their land, and not the flag of their occupier.
The reporter explained Steve Reed’s take on the shocking incident:
Reed said this was a case of “teaching children things that are antisemitic” and the government must “understand where this is coming from and root it out right at the source.”
Oh, the horror
Steve Reed also whined – this was at the annual conference of the fanatically pro-Israel ‘Jewish Labour Movement’ (JLM), after all – that a Jewish “colleague” “believed to be an MP” had been:
refused permission to visit a school in his own constituency in case his presence inflames the teachers.
Note that even Steve Reed daren’t say that the ‘colleague’ was refused because he is Jewish. No, he has to satisfy himself with implying that. Reed doesn’t name the MP barred by the school. If he exists at all, the colleague was probably barred for being an even more unhinged, genocide-justifying Israel supporter. Not because he was Jewish – many, many Jews are opponents of Israel’s occupation of Palestine and even more of its genocide in Gaza.
But that doesn’t fit the propaganda, so it doesn’t get a mention.
The Jewish News is one of three ‘newspapers’ that carried an identical, equally deranged front page claiming British Jews faced an “existential threat” from then-Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn at the height of the ‘Labour antisemitism’ scam. Corbyn makes jam, which can also be used on biscuits. The Nazi!
Back to Sanders:
Steve Reed’s interview at the Jewish Labour Movement conference is extraordinary…
“I am a Zionist” – he proudly declares, which at least has the virtue of honesty. A strong Green or independent candidate and he’ll be gone at the next election.
Would love to hear the full story of the “antisemitic” biscuits from anyone who was on the receiving end of Reed’s insanity.
So would Skwawkbox. tips(at)skwawkbox.com if you have information on the Steve Reed biscuits incident…
