After Matt Goodwin pointed out the Green Party’s incorrect spelling of Gorton and Denton, social media users were quick to point out that he had also previously spelt it wrong.

At the same time, more embarrassing details have emerged about Goodwin – Reform’s latest candidate.

To start with, he doesn’t even live in the constituency he’s standing in. Reform has taken a leaf out of Labour’s book and parachuted a candidate in from 176 miles away.

Reform candidate for Gorton and Denton by-election is Matt Goodwin… who lives 176 miles away in Hitchin.

Of course, 30p Lee then tried to convince the world that Goodwin was, in fact, a local candidate.

Lee Anderson today said @GoodwinMJ was a local candidate in the Gorton and Denton campaign.

He lives in London.

Goodwin grew up St Albans and lived in Salford for 3 years at Uni. That’s the closest he’s ever been to Gorton or Denton.

He then lived in Canada and did his PhD in…

This is after Anderson campaigned in the wrong constituency. I’m not sure how many brain cells the entire Reform party have between them.

And, as we’ve already ascertained when 30p Lee posted a campaigning photo from the wrong constituency, he also has no clue where Gorton and Denton is! Rank amateurs, spies and grifters, all.🤣🤣🤣 https://t.co/eBkirNkNNE

Matt Goodwin is a racist

Goodwin also previously made false and inflammatory claims on GB News over non-Brits living in social housing. The comments were nothing short of racist. When pulled up on those comments on Al Jazeera’s Head to Head, he repeated them.

Even when presented with statistics from the Ministry of Housing, Goodwin continued to insist they weren’t true.

Matt Goodwin: “I’d need to look at the statistics.”
Me: “We have the statistics.”

On @AJHeadtoHead, I challenged Matt Goodwin over a false & inflammatory claim he made on GB News about non-Brits living in social housing:

He also claimed that being born and raised in England does not in fact, make you English.

Then, he slagged off Manchester. Which means he’s basically made an enemy out of every single person in the north.

Matt Goodwin hates this video apparently.

Be a shame if you reposted it. pic.twitter.com/DsFsQqOzEq

Goodwin also went on a rant about ‘putting Britain first’ during an interview. He said:

I want a national unifying politics which puts Britain first. Not Pakistan, not Gaza, not any other foreign policy thing. Britain first.

The interviewer then said, “Not Israel?” and Goodwin’s silence meant he had to repeat himself.

Of course, Israel stands for the same things the right-wing wank over. Murdering muslims and taking whatever land they can get their greasy little terrorist hands on.

Just gets more and more embarrassing for Reform. pic.twitter.com/70ThuzwG4q

Reform UK are basically Temu Tories. And all the Tories leaving to join Reform don’t even need to buy a new tie – the colours are similar enough that they can tumble dry it a few times.

But Reform are not serious about any actual reform. From their obsession with race and their lack of flexibility – both physically and ideologically, it’s clear the only reform happening is if someone forces them into Reformer Pilates.
