The Canary’s Kerry-Anne Mendoza was diagnosed with PTSD in 2018. She describes her 18-month journey into recovery as the “best gift” she ever gave herself. For Mental Health Awareness Week, Kerry-Anne is sharing her story with the world for the first time.
