Henny Beaumont is an artist and graphic novelist and freelance illustrator. Her first book, Hole in the Heart, was published to great acclaim in June 2016. A magazine for people with Learning difficulties, their parents and associated health professionals, where she channels her fury about the raw deal for people with learning disabilities, through her ‘beautifully observed’ cartoons. She is working on a second graphic novel and writing poetry. She started political cartooning in the last eighteen months, in response to our turbulent political landscape.
