Georgetown University deletes Francesca Albanese from roster over Gaza
Georgetown University in Washington DC has removed UN human rights and international law expert Francesca Albanese from its roster of ‘affiliated scholars‘. This was due to her outspoken defence of Palestinian human rights and unflinching condemnation of Israel’s genocide in Gaza.
Archived pages and Albanese’ UN profile show her listed first among the affiliate scholars. However, the latest live version of the page, her name no longer appears.
Albanese has been relentlessly targeted the Israel lobby for refusing to knuckle under to its pressure to keep silent. Shame on Georgetown and every ‘educational’ establishment that sides with the genocidal, racist colony.

Courageous fighters for the Palestinian people such as Ms Albanese will always be embarrassing to the upper strata of imperialism, such as university managers who despise anyone who questions the cruel logic of that system. She is utterly admirable in her dedication to exposing the vicious reality of apartheid Israel.
