MSM silent over Starmer arsonists trial – yet no special reporting restrictions
The UK ‘mainstream’ media are stubbornly silent today on the commencement of the trial of three men on trial for arsonists attacks on property belonging to Keir Starmer. The trial of Ukrainians Roman Lavrynovych, 21, and Petro Pochynok, 34, along with Ukrainian-Romanian Stanislav Carpiuc, 26 started at the Central Criminal Court in London. All have pled not guilty. The jury was sworn in. Yet it was met by deafening nothingness from the state-corporate press and broadcasters.
Starmer arsonists trial: what’s going on?
The court has not imposed any special reporting restrictions beyond the usual that apply to any criminal case. There is no ‘DSMA‘ (formerly D-notice) government restriction on reporting that the Canary is aware of. Even if there were, it would not be binding and amounts to no more than a government request – one that is supposed to be listed on the DSMA website. Yet no ‘MSM’ are touching it, at least yet.
Lavrynovych faces three separate charges of arson with intent to endanger life. Pochynok and Carpiuc face one count each of conspiracy to commit arson with intent to endanger life. All targeted Starmer.
Yet the media have hardly mentioned the case and has asked none of the obvious questions. Why would the three target Starmer? Why are they all Ukrainian? Is there an intelligence connection? Is there a connection to UK involvement in the Ukraine-Russia war? Why are most of the ‘MSM’ refusing to touch the case?
Context
What’s important to note is the context for the case. The CPS has not charged the three under counter-terror laws – therefore, indicating that the alleged crimes were not over Starmer’s politics, or that of the government, but of a personal nature to the PM or his family.
Overall, objection that the silence is respecting the presumption of innocence or protecting the right to a fair trial falls down in an instant. All that is needed to show that nonsense up is a glance at the headlines regarding trials and the extent of press attendance at the trials to provide hour-by-hour coverage for the curious.
Trials that don’t involve those protected by the state, at least – or in Starmer’s case, more likely the deep state. Starmer has been described as the “long-time servant of the British security state” and with good reason.
None of this has anything to do with the guilt or innocence of those accused. They deserve a fair and unbiased trial. But the silence around Starmer’s involvement screams volumes about the deeply unhealthy closeness and collusion of the state with the media that are notionally supposed to be scrutinising its actions and those of the people who represent it.

Words fail me to adequately describe how I feel about Starmer.
I’m ashamed to be English at times like this, particularly as Starmer has made us a laughing stock around the world. He and his party are dragging us toward Armageddon with their anti-British rhetoric and laws. They obviously prefer illegal migrants, particularly Muslims, over the indigenous population. We will indeed be lucky to reach 2029 relatively unscathed by this lying, degenerate monster, but can reassure ourselves that Labour will be finished as a political party ad infinitum.

When you say ‘predictions’ I believe you are referring to a single article written by Vincent Cooper for ‘Islamist Watch’ in 2013 and used ad infinitum by racist gammons ever since. It is widely debunked as inaccurate. Several scientific examinations of the subject (e.g. The Pew Report) predict that even if immigration remains at it’s highest possible level, and birth rates amongst Muslims remain at the same level (and they are actually falling), the Muslim population of the UK will not exceed 20%. The more likely scenario is that it will level out at about 10%. You are being lied to. Muslims, and Immigrants generally, are being scape-goated to deflect from gross mismanagement of the economy and/or a money-making grift from the likes of Tommy Ten-Names

What predictions would those be? According to Mr.Google the 2021 census showed that Muslims represented 6.5% of the population of England and Wales, while the 2011 census showed 4.9%. So an increase of 1.6% over 10 years. Ignoring relative breeding rates which are not recorded, extrapolating this rise to 2060 (39 years after 2021) gives an increase of 6.24% suggesting a Muslem % of E & W in 2060 of 11.74% – way, way short of a majority. Your “predictor” seems a bit arithmetically challenged.

Legal arguments and, indeed, any court proceedings carried out without the presence of the jury cannot be reported until the case is concluded.
I saw that tweet claiming reporting restrictions and the threat of contempt of court charges.

A commonly cited police dataset showing around 61% white and 26% Asian would translate per-capita to roughly White 0.75 and Asian 2.8, meaning Asians over-represented in that specific dataset. But a dataset closer to 80% white and 10% Asian converts to roughly White 0.98 and Asian 1.08, which is close to proportional. So overall child sexual abuse convictions appear broadly proportional to population, whereas group-based grooming cases produce mixed results depending on which study is used.
