The 81 MPs (so far) who have demanded tick-like Starmer out

At least 81 Labour MPs have signed Catherine West’s letter for Keir Starmer to immediately announce a timetable for his departure to allow an election in September. This graphic by @toryfibs names those who are known:

Signing up for that timetable is an indication of likely support for an Andy Burnham leadership bid, as Burnham would need time to persuade an existing MP to step down and allow him to stand. However, the pro-Israel right’s stranglehold on party mechanisms is so tight it is far from certain he would ever get to stand. It is far from certain Labour would win a by-election even if he did.

Starmer: now or later?

Yet more MPs are pushing for Starmer to go immediately. These almost certainly back the awful Wes Streeting, as they believe he would have no chance against Burnham if he gets back into Parliament.

The pressure is mounting on the worst PM in history – worse even than the notorious Liz Truss. But Starmer – always a woeful politician – has told them MPs this morning that he will not go unless a leadership election is formally triggered.

Starmer is making the best efforts at fixing the disaster area left by the previous government, which is going to take a lot of time. And Labour still has a huge majority in Parliament. Next Stop – rejoin the EU!

Bourgeois mediocre Right Wing Lab politicians who offer nothing playing political games as like capital they haven’t a clue what to do.
After 40 years of Neo-Liberalism capital has been searching for a sure thing infiltrating public services at the behest of the Tories/Blairite Lab/Tories & Lib Dem’s/Tories/Right Wing Lab.
Political heavyweights would recognise that we need from the Broad Left to start the long term project of Ending Neo-Liberalism and replacing it with A Collectivism With -that gives workers & communities a say in how services are run unlike the old top down nationalised industries and bureaucratic paternalistic local councils and in the latter case we need to properly fund councils returning local democracy and having a Renaissance in Local Government so we can do things like build loads of council homes and build youth clubs and community centres to counter individualised, car dependent, communities which lack community facilities – somewhere where citizens can meet and talk.
In the recent local elections you had a choice in whose cuts you preferred:
Lab Cuts? Reform Cuts? Tory Cuts? Lib Dem Cuts? Green Cuts?
    Some choice! Some Local Democracy!
But what’s the best on offer?
If Labour’s Lightweight Cavalry Burnham et al was manoeuvred in, all he offers is golden coloured breadcrumbs from the Neo-Liberal Capitalist’s table and would he have the political acumen & courage to support the above ending Neo-Liberalism Project?
The political Lightweight also supports the Two State Imperialism solution in Palestine.
Your Party has the political acumen for the above (well a significant number of us do) but it desperately needs to get its constituencies up and running to fully enter the stage so all members can get up to speed on Neo-Liberalism & how to end it (see above).
And what of the Greens – a very decent bourgeois radical liberal environmentalist party recently enriched by perhaps a considerable number of naive socialists -a party whose leader also supports a 2 state imperialist solution in Palestine.
They also need to get up to speed on Neo-Liberalism and then join the End of Neo-Liberalism Project.
Time to begin turning the wheels of history in our positive direction to end the human misery Neo-Liberalism has imposed on many citizens and to offer hope and a genuine & powerful alternative which is in the class interests of diverse working class people and in fact of all.
    Solidarity.
