Labour deletes smear against Green candidate after police involved

The Labour party has deleted one of a string of desperate smears against Green candidates after Tower Hamlets Green part in London brought in the police. Starmer’s zombie party is in a panic over the Green surge, his rock-bottom polling and the expected local election drubbing.

The Greens spotted Labour’s lie about their candidate Stephanie Golder. The smear had claimed Stephanie had been:

Convicted of vandalism of M25 infrastructure and prize-winning display at the Chelsea Flower Show.

The Greens responded that they had brought in the police on this breach of electoral law by defaming a candidate during an election period — and Labour then deleted it:

The receipts, as ever, still exist of course.

But potential prosecution is not the only consequence the bottom-dwelling slime-merchants masquerading as Labour need to worry about. With polls opening tomorrow, 7 May, the smears — a whole thread of them against various Green candidates — are filling voters with disgust. So much disgust that some who were planning to vote Labour have now switched to the Greens:

In fact, the hundreds of responses to each smear suggest that the disgraceful, immoral campaign has thoroughly backfired:

Wow going by the replies I don’t think this is going as planned 😂 #VoteGreen

Give Labour the electoral kicking it deserves. Vote Green (or where applicable organised independent) on 7 May.
