Video: ICE thugs fire ‘non-lethal’ round, severing woman’s hand

In distressing footage, a Minneapolis woman is seen staggering in agony along a snowy street, clutching her maimed hand. She can be heard shouting for a medic, after an ICE thug fired a supposedly ‘non-lethal’ round at her during a peaceful demonstration.

These moments were captured on film:

At least two people have suffered permanent injuries from the supposed non-lethal rounds fired by federal ICE thugs’, marauding through the Minnesota city.

Two weeks ago, a young and entirely peaceful protester was blinded after an ‘agent’ fired at him from point-blank range.

The maiming tactics are reminiscent of campaigns by Israeli occupation snipers, deliberately aiming at knees or genitals.
