Starmer can’t lie about Iran for 3 minutes without contradicting himself

Just days after the US and Israel’s unprovoked attack on Iran, Keir Starmer has insisted that the UK hasn’t been involved in the invasion.

Less than three minutes later, he then said the UK is allowing the US to use UK air bases to attack Iran. The footage has been edited so you don’t have to suffer him for that long, but the lies are intact:

https://www.thecanary.co/wp-content/uploads/2026/03/Starmer-3Min-Iran-Lie-US-hb.mp4

The old saying that if you tell the truth you don’t have to have a good memory has never been more applicable.

Starmer and his front-benchers, along with all their enablers, are war criminals. Not satisfied with collaborating in Israel’s genocide in Gaza, they are now assisting directly in the US’s and Israel’s murder of Iranian children and illegal regime-change war in Iran.

Once a coward always a coward. Ask about Kevin Strimmer’s adventures with Young Labour in Lllandudno. If we recall that the shite under Kinnock Right wing Labour created a cabal of middle-class supposed centrist elite of the privileged and entitled. Young Labour Chose Llandudno to parade themselves, remarkable as always by his presence was Mandelson, clearly detestably struttin around until he and his chums were booted out of the WInter Gardens all the way back to their Hotels and Hostels by an extraordinary alliance of the locals – who BTW were busy fighting each other any other weekend – I recall it well and understand that Lauren Booth – sister in law of Charles Linton to invisible importuner of 1970s Bow Street magistrates court – remembered it too; she wrote a piece about it for the North Wales Weekly News in the 1990s. The premise was why New Labour never favoured the queen of Welsh resorts; Lauren told all about the reason why the Mandelson protoges of social climbing crop of creeps hated the idea of a conference there.
For me this confirms what we knew back then, that Labour had no future with arrogant creeps like these. I expect that young Stammer and his creepy pal Pat McFathead were there, as I expect was lord cycle-ponce of Dudley. and the other house flipping fraudsters.

With the flightplans so readily available for weeks, it does beg the question of why Starmer bothered to lie because it was obviously a lie, even the UK media were forced to show the plane flight paths.
It is clearly a war crime, the UK military know it is a war crime and all personnel need to be made aware of their rights and duties not to participate in war crimes

The fact that he is allowing US forces to deploy from British bases makes the UK an active participant in the attacks. How long before he announces that UK planes will be retasked to support the US/Israeli strikes?
Starmer and his front bench have sold their souls to foreign powers and will cost British lives as a result.
As we were told about Israel, does Iran not have the “right to defend itself” after an unprovoked attack?

A Strong independently minded UK Prime Minister would have told Trump Sorry but you cannot use Airfields or British Air Space to attack a Sovereign Country in an Illegal act of Terror, Harold Wilson told them to Fuck Off when they asked for British Troops to be sent to Vietnam, That’s how you handle Rogue Terrorist States like America and Israel, The next time someone says to you Iran and all these other Middle Eastern Countries are Terrorist’s simply Reply aye maybe but so is Israel and America.

Why is it that many British people are addicted to voting for compulsive liars? They voted for Boris Johnson in 2019, knowing he was a liar. They voted for STARMER in 2024 knowing he was a liar. It’s time people woke up! Nothing will change till people vote these self serving politicians out. If they vote Reform, they will yet again be shooting themselves in the foot. Farage supports the Rich and Powerful, not ordinary people.

Sixty years ago the hawkish Lyndon Johnson urged Britain to send troops to Vietnam to fight alongside Americans in Vietnam. Labour Prime Minister Harold Wilson consulted Foreign Secretary Denis Healey, who had distinguished himself as an officer in the Second WorldWar. Healey was appalled at the request and between them they kept the country out of a totally pointless conflict.
Just compare these two political heavyweights with current Labour deadweights Starmer and Cooper.
