Labour’s (now former) deputy first minister Huw Irranca-Davies has said that Labour has lost Wales for the first time ever in the May 2026 Senedd elections. Not just that, but he said the indications are the the party’s first minister Eluned Morgan has lost her Senedd seat altogether:

Labour defeat

Irranca-Davies took Labour’s anticipated drubbing – expected to result in a first ever win for independence party Plaid Cymru – with some class. This was a stark contrast to the sleazy smears by Starmer crony and Israel fanatic Steve Reed this morning.

Labour is getting the drubbing it deserves, in Wales and Scotland as well as England. But far from all it deserves: the likes of Reed and his boss Keir Starmer should be in the dock for misconduct in public office and in the Hague for collaboration in genocide, along with a host of their hangers-on and handlers.
