THIS PODCAST CONTAINS LANGUAGE AND CONTENT SOME PEOPLE MAY FIND OFFENSIVE. THE VIEWS EXPRESSED IN THIS EPISODE ARE THE OPINIONS OF THE HOST AND GUESTS.

Welcome to series two of #ToppleUncaged!

Every week, The Canary will be bringing you an innovative podcast for the media landscape; hosted by me, Steve Topple.

In a special episode, I meet a truly versatile singer/songwriter whose musical eclecticism knows no bounds: Krysie.

Mr Topple x Krysie

Kyrsie is from Jamaica. Having started developing her musical skills at school, she went on to be in the final ten on Jamaican TV talent show Rising Stars. From there, her career began. She has released tracks which cross the divides of reggae, dancehall, RnB and afrobeat, and is set to release her debut album very, very soon.

So, I caught up with her for the #ToppleUncaged podcast. We chatted about her development as an artist, the creative process, working with global superstar Busy Signal and what she has in store for the rest of 2019.

Enjoy!
