Unhinged Reform councillor called for politicians to be ‘shot’

A new report from Hope not Hate has exposed the unhinged social media behaviour of Reform UK councillor, Adrian White.

Nigel Farage says he is one of the most physically attacked politicians of modern times. So why does his party still have a councillor who called for politicians to be shot?

Reform must act now and expel Adrian White.https://t.co/KrTurHpkB7

Reform cllr: ‘Can we just shoot her please?’

White represents the Tyldesley and Moseley Common ward in Wigan, making him a colleague of Rob Kenyon. Kenyon is the would-be-MP who ran and lost against Andy Burnham despite his party having dominated in the local elections a month earlier:

🚨 BREAKING: Andy Burnham has won the Makerfield by-election

🔴 LAB: 24,937 (+6,725) – 54.8%
➡️ REF: 15,696 (+2,893) – 34.5%
🟣 RES: 3,111 (NEW) – 6.8%
🔵 CON: 997 (-3,382) – 2.2%
🟢 GRN: 308 (-1,468) – 0.7%
🔶 LD: 163 (-2,572) – 0.4%

58.75% turnout

Kenyon had a lot of problems as a candidate, not least his refusal to apologise for his sexist and perverted comments. It seems councillor Kenyon isn’t an outlier in the Wigan Reform party, though.

As reported by Hope not Hate, White has a history of calling for violence against political opponents.

In April 2018, White said of Heseltine, a prominent anti-Brexit campaigner: “Shoot him and his fellow parasites.” In a comparably violent post on 22 May 2019, when May was rejecting calls to resign as prime minister, he wrote on Facebook: “Champagne back on ice….can’t we just shoot her …please.”

After May announced she would leave Number 10 two days later, White told his followers: “Lord Haw Haw was hanged for treason – she has got off lightly. There are not enough words in the English dictionary to fully explain how much I detest this woman.”

We’re no fans of the Conservatives, and we didn’t mince our words when criticising their time in office. We never called for anyone to be shot, though; we never called for anyone to be hung.

Hope not Hate additionally reported that White is a fan of the Zionist white riot-inciter Tommy Robinson:

He’s also a fan of Russell Brand. He didn’t use to like the guy, but then the rape allegations hit and White decided, “I suddenly like him”.

Taken from Hope not Hate report

This is the problem with always believing the opposite of what your enemies believe; you end up supporting Russell f*cking Brand.

He’s got to go

As the Manchester Evening News has since reported, Reform is now investigating White. It’s unclear why the party didn’t investigate him before choosing him as a candidate — a process known as ‘vetting’ — a process parties usually engage in.

We suspect Reform UK doesn’t engage in vetting, of course, because if it did, we wouldn’t have reported the following stories:

  • Reform candidate suggests ‘melting Nigerians’ to fill potholes
  • Calls for Reform candidate who praised rape of Sikh women to face suspension
  • Reform activist said ‘Hitler was right’
  • Reform welcomes ‘shoot the p*kis’ scandal ex-Tory
  • Reform UK accused of ‘nil vetting’ as another racist candidate exposed
