Cassetteboy’s latest cut and paste classic takes aim at Theresa May’s appalling record in government [VIDEO]

Cassetteboy is a bootleg cut and paste duo. The pair are probably most famous for the parody videos in which they cut up clips of well-known people speaking. Famous examples being David Cameron in Gettin’ Piggy With It and the Health Secretary in Cassetteboy vs Jeremy Hunt.

Their latest target is Theresa May. And in particular, her appalling record in government.

“But I will lie to you”

The video mocks the PM for her reliance on slogans and catchphrases. It points out the hypocrisy of seeking a mandate to negotiate Brexit when she can’t even face a debate. It ridicules the PM for her constant U-turns and slippery handle on the truth. And it manages to be funny in the process.

Cassetteboy has painstakingly sifted through speeches to find the appropriate samples to make Theresa May sing. But you don’t have to look hard to find examples of her incompetence. You don’t have to go out of your way to find examples of her cruelty. And yet you will have to mount a search if you want to find her honestly facing the electorate.

The choice is increasingly clear for 8 June. Be sure to make your voice heard.
